Welcome to my blog. My name is Laticia. Growing up, I was told to pursue a career I love. However, it's easier said then done.
I know this because I use to WORK for a living. I went into the office day in and day out. And, everyday seem to be the same....dealing with bosses unrealistic demands, unfair policies, backstabbing co-workers and fighting for a vacation day. Of course, after all of that, I was unpaid and I could barely pay my bills and keep my head above water.
My only hope was getting a promotion, because, you know, the grass was greener on the other side. Well...it's not, I soon said good-bye to my social life because I was working around the clock. I worked all those hours because I thought one day I would get to the top position and become the Executive Vice President or even the CEO. Then, I would have the best of both worlds; money and time. But, then I realized that the odds of that happening were slim.
Think about it, there's isn't any inspiration, passion or zest in that situation. I was practical in my career because "being practical" paid the bills. It's no wonder Monday mornings are dreaded.
Well, it doesn't have to be that way. I have experienced the headaches of Corporate America and I just knew there must be more to life. And, there is! Turning my hobbies and creative ideas into a passionate business I love brought the soul alive. It's the only way to live out my values and aspirations that are satisfying to me.
In this blog, I have decided to give out valuable information and resources to you. So, you can start your own internet business or take your current enterprise to a higher level----and this is all for the average everyday person. So, come back often to get the details and the "know how" on building your business online. It's not difficult and you don't need a lot of money to get started-----you just need the desire to do what you love.
As for more information about me, I'm the co-owner of
Christian's Inspiration, and a graduate student at
Walden University advancing my studies in Organizational Psychology and Development.
